Our client is an international company specialized in corporate real estate and mergers & acquisitions related to various sectors of activity. The firm is also strongly involved in large projects around the world.

The company is developing its activities throughout Europe as well as several start-ups.

They are willing to hire a freelance professional, working remotely.



The Mission:


Our client is looking for a CRM (ZOHO) Operator to develop, implement, track and optimize our sales process across all commercial channel.

He will be responsible for managing the organisation?s CRM (ZOHO) ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers.


Our Offer:


Based on your track record and targeted experience in the below mentioned, we may offer you a collaboration on a regular or punctual assignment, for short or long-term basis, for a limited or permanent external advisor position.


Responsibilities (Tasks):


Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
Managing ZOHO CRM platform ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM
Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products / offers


Requirements (Your Profile):


Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
Degree educated ideally from an IT or related degree
A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation
Strong experience managing teams, ensuring SLA compliance, working with large-scale CRM databases, ideally ZOHO CRM, delivering these solutions in accordance with organisational strategies, as well as being a good communicator who is able to liaise with colleagues at all levels
Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced environment at a time of change, using management skills to overcome process, training, technical and logistical challenges
Your approach to problem-solving will be logical and detailed. You will be able to influence decisions with an evidence-based approach, and be able to articulate business requirements in both technical and non-technical language
Fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH
