The company mainly offers Micro lending using Cash per and Pre-paid Cards both consumer and corporate and gift cards. The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for handling all customer enquiries in a client driven environment regarding payments, customer billing problems, outstanding amounts, and different debt repayment options in compliance with the Company?s policies, procedures and related laws and regulations. Minimum Secondary education, Experience as a debt collector is a plus but not compulsory. Must have experience in a call centre environment or worked in customer care before. Have the skills to Negotiate with common sense logic when collecting debts, confidence, and empathy with the clients.
