L'entreprise Talentline Recrute*Field Market Manager: Experiential Marketing Program Manager Talentline is hiring for a full-time Experiential Market Manager to remotely manage and develop a team of 12 Experiential Product Specialists (XPS). Our team is comprised of tech savvy, and highly professional product experts who are able to simplify the clients' brand message for the everyday consumer at local events in their communities, at retail, and at large-scale events like CES. Perhaps the most important quality of our team is that they are brand experts and passionate about educating consumers on the advantages of technology available to them. We are in the business of creating advocates of the clients' brand by way of leaving them with a fun and memorable experience. Experiential Market Managers (EMM) truly care about the people that they're responsible for, lead with empathy, have a knack for driving sales and a do whatever it takes to win as a team mentality. We measure success by overall team performance, top talent retention, and team satisfaction. Creating sales strategies to drive results among your team Communicating complex ideas in a simple way Gaining buy in on your ideas Developing yourself, and others Building strong professional relationships Using data to drive strategy in your business Using sound judgement to make decisions Working with remote leadership Organization of all things Written and verbal communication Salesforce systems A day in the life could look like: Weekly/Bi-weekly team 1:1s and quarterly performance evaluations Individual development plans for direct reports Development of sales strategies Implementing contests to drive engagement and results among the team Weekly team performance and activity tracking Quarterly goal setting and measurement for direct reports New hire interviews , onboarding, and training Weekly review and approval of team expenses & time off requests Conduct regular ride alongs in market with team members Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures Maintenance of team product knowledge assessments Host regular team calls -Job Description: Supervise team members Professionally resolve customer complaints; escalate as appropriate Accurately submit work schedules to Manager for approval Assist team members with closing sales Ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures Accurately track inventory receipt and count as appropriate Review time sheets for accuracy Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggests products Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations Perform all other duties as assigned -Performance Measurements: Achieve posted store activation goal Meet established monthly/weekly personal sales quota/goals Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints -Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance Proven record of successful management/leadership Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills Apply Now Send to a Friend Share on your newsfeed Postuler ...
