BOBST RECRUTE*Zone Services Director Africa & Middle East: In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for a Zone Services Director Africa & Middle-East based in Tunis. -Position Summary: Build up an integrated Services function across the Zone for effectively supporting services business development in alignment with BOBST strategy and in collaboration with the Business Unit (BU) Printing & Converting Develop and implement the Business Plan & Zone Services sales strategy Be accountable for Services sales results and growth Lead and continuously develop the Services team Improve and maintain customer satisfaction in the Zone Report to the Region Services Director (solid line) and to the entity General Manager (dotted line) -Main Responsibilities: Deliver the Zone BU P&L as per objectives, generate and follow-up the projects pipeline Build up an effective Services organization in the Zone in alignment with business development needs and the strategy Develop the team, build a pipeline to support Services efficiency continuous improvement Develop an effective strategy for sales of services and parts Act as an ambassador of the Company in term of corporate culture and business behaviors Ensure a strong collaboration across BUs and support the business model, bundle service deals with Machine sales Be the reference to customer, in charge of key accounts Act as the interface to Product Lines: regarding relevant commercial/ customer-specific issues Be in charge of the agents network for the Zone Take the ownership for contracts quality and discounts Develop Market Intelligence Deploy the Marketing Plan -Critical Skills and Personal Attributes: Superior leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, role model in living the company values Strong analytical and organizational skills Strategically minded, with ability to identify areas for business improvement and growth Strong financial and business skills Fluent in English Available to travel -Education and Experience: University degree in business or engineering with post graduate in business 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years on a similar position In depth machinery business and client service knowledge Proven track record of developing commercial relationships (value selling) and consistently delivering high-impact results to meet clients? needs Know-how of business development with excellent track record of business growth International experience in a matrix environment is a must BOBST is one of the world's leading suppliers of equipment and services to packaging and label manufacturers in the folding carton, corrugated board and flexible materials industries.
